Now for the best news.  Adler’s Nest doesn’t operate any life rights schemes.  The typical life right scheme offers very little capital appreciation benefit to the scheme’s participants.  We do things differently at Adler’s Nest.  All our units are separately registered, in the Deeds Office, in the purchaser’s name.  The purchaser, or their children, may let or sell the property at any stage, as they see fit, and benefit from whatever profit that generates.  From a lifestyle and investment point of view, we’re streets ahead of other retirement facilities.
